Every dialogue we spark, every story we share, and every sister we amplify is part of our mission to challenge harmful narratives, break generational silences, and redefine what sisterhood looks like in real-time.

Hey Sis UK was born out of a need — a need for truth, representation, and healing within Black British spaces. We exist to reflect the realness of Black British culture: our accents, our banter, our beauty, our battles, and our brilliance. We’re here to uplift our community and spark confidence, connection, and clarity in every sister we encounter — whether online, in person, or through your headphones.

We are more than a podcast.

We are a movement rooted in love, driven by truth, and fuelled by collective power.
A sisterhood that holds space for vulnerability, laughter, pain, joy, growth — and everything in between.

As we grow, our vision is to evolve Hey Sis UK into a dynamic media network — a bold cultural hub where Black and Brown women are front and centre. A home for:
